PROJECT MANAGER
Locations: NEW YORK, Las Vegas, and Miami
DESCRIPTION
Seeking experienced Project Managers with proven track record in the
design of commercial, institutional and residential projects. Oversees
design of structural systems and subsystems for significant buildings
according to stress analysis and estimated load requirements for
reinforced, pre-stressed concrete and structural steel. Confers, verbally
and in writing, with owners, architects and engineers in designing and
drafting projects to determine functional and spatial requirements, and
specifications. Acts as Project Leader for high-rise buildings, requiring
the independent management, coordination and scheduling of these projects.
Coordinates and performs advanced finite element modeling, including
dynamic (transient and harmonic) and material and geometric non-linearity.
Assesses concrete durability with specific emphasis on unsaturated water
movement.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. MS degree in Civil Engineering.
2. 5+ years of experience in the field of structural engineering.
3. Uses software such as AutoCAD, ETABS and MIDAS/Gen.
4. Requires detailed knowledge of New York building codes and national
building codes.
